Who we are
In the beautiful Zurich Oberland, in Rüti ZH, is the Breitenhof centre with a retirement and nursing home, a day care KitS for children and seniors. We offer living and residential space for 95 people with different care and nursing needs.
For the hospitality / gastronomy sector (service, dining room and cafeteria) we are looking for from
1 October 2026 a flexible
Service Staff (m/f/d)
Workload 60%
What we are looking for you for:
- Food and beverage service in the dining room and cafeteria
- Various services in the cafeteria including cash handling and billing
- Preparations and assistance at events in the house
- Organising and providing the daily mise en place for a flawless
service process - Responsibility for order and cleanliness in the dining room and cafeteria
- Working hours between 06:30 and 19:00 (except during events)
You suit us because you bring the following requirements:
- Several years of experience in service, preferably in healthcare
- Neat appearance and good manners
- Good German skills (spoken and written)
- Reliable, flexible, motivated, physically and mentally resilient
- You enjoy working with older people and treat them with dignity and respect
- Team-oriented, efficient and value a polished service
- Service-oriented thinking and acting
- Organisational skills
- Willingness to work weekends and public holidays
