Company Description

The Office for Road Traffic of the Liechtenstein National Administration (www.asv.llv.li) is responsible for the registration of vehicles and drivers for road traffic. We are responsible for technical inspections of motor vehicles and trailers, issuing special permits, imposing administrative measures, and overseeing road traffic law.

Job Description

You feel at home in the following areas of activity:

• Collaboration on legislative work and legal adoption projects from Switzerland and the European Economic Area (EEA)
• Independent preparation of draft laws and regulations
• Independent preparation of consultation reports, reports, applications, and statements to the Parliament for the government
• Independent preparation of government proposals
• Independent handling of legal matters and development of solution proposals
• Preparation of orders and statements
• Development of instructions, guidelines, and information sheets
• Internal legal advice to the office management and departments

Qualifications

You are particularly characterised for this position by:

• Completed studies in law
• Structured, efficient, and solution-oriented working style
• Quick comprehension and analytical thinking
• Confident expression in spoken and written language as well as strong team competence
