Mobile Concierge (a)

Your tasks:

Maintenance of interior and exterior surfaces
Perform technical inspection tasks independently
Manage maintenance and technical upkeep activities
Handle various requests autonomously and perform minor repairs
Process daily work reports, delivery notes, and order tickets
Analyze quotes from contracted companies
Monitor and accompany work performed by contracted companies
Maintenance of green spaces
Technical on-call duty according to schedule
Ensure and enforce safety rules specific to the mandate

Your profile:

Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as operations agent or equivalent qualification
Several years of experience in a similar activity
Good experience in administrative and technical management of small construction sites
Fluency in French
Good use of common IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Driver's license required (company car provided)
Autonomy, Reactivity, Priority Management, Good communication
Organizational skills and planning of activities and appointments
Interpersonal and service skills
Very good physical condition, ability to work outdoors
