Introduction
For a modern, established trust company in Zug, we are looking for an experienced and independent individual.
The company serves a diverse clientele from various industries and sizes, including international clients. The collaboration is personal and straightforward, communication lines are short, and the team is manageable.
Type of Work
- You will take on a versatile portfolio of national and international mandates and independently and comprehensively support your clients
- Independent management and leadership of trust mandates
- Responsibility for financial accounting as well as monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Preparation and review of financial statements according to Swiss accounting standards
- Handling of VAT and tax-related issues
- Preparation of tax declarations for natural and legal persons
- Support with payroll and social insurance matters as needed
- Direct contact person for your clients regarding technical and business management concerns
- Support with more demanding client projects and individual queries
- Active participation in the further development of internal processes and services

Requirements Profile
- You are a professionally skilled trust personality with several years of trust experience and appreciate being entrusted with trust and responsibility
- Federal diploma as a trustee, finance and accounting, or a comparable qualification, or you are currently undergoing relevant further training
- Enjoy personal client contact and independent mandate management
- Very good German skills; good English skills are an advantage due to the international client environment
- A reliable, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Entrepreneurial thinking and willingness to take responsibility
