LUKB offers worldwide payment services, on the one hand the classic payment processing and card payments/TWINT, and on the other hand many changes are upcoming (Swift CBPR+, CaseManager, changes in euroSIC etc.). For our payment team, we are looking for a flexible and committed individual as a Payment Specialist. Your job at a glance
What you achieve with us
- You independently handle incoming and outgoing payments in foreign currencies or from abroad (including compliance)
- You take on the processing of payment clarifications and investigations
- You handle fraud cases (cards/TWINT/payment chargebacks)
- You provide telephone information to internal and external parties in the payment area
- You assist with card administration including telephone consultations and investigations
- You participate in testing and projects as well as in optimising processes and procedures
What you bring with you
- Completed banking professional training and further education
- Several years of professional experience in the payment environment as well as sound knowledge of Swiss and international payment systems and reporting standards SIC, SWIFT, SEPA, ISO 20022 etc.
- Good Avaloq knowledge, experience in card administration and fraud handling are advantageous
- Strong service and solution orientation in dealing with customers and partners (by phone and in writing), combined with a flair for process and cost efficiency
- Very good German and English skills as well as good to very good English skills
- Team-oriented, flexible and reliable personality with an independent, precise and solution-oriented working style as well as a quick grasp
