Technical Project Manager
Your area of responsibility:
- Independently leading and coordinating customer projects (industry & MedTech) from enquiry to successful handover to series production
- Checking customer enquiries, technical data and drawings for feasibility as well as developing
suitable tool, assembly, automation and packaging concepts - Calculating and preparing offers for injection moulding tools, automations, changes, revisions, etc.
- Planning and monitoring projects (with SAP/S4HANA) regarding deadlines, costs and quality as well as early detection and proactive initiation of countermeasures in case of possible deviations
- Central contact person for our customers as well as internal link between development, design, toolmaking, production, metrology, quality and other internal specialist departments
- Coordinating and accompanying project, development, design and sampling meetings as well as qualification and validation processes
Your profile:
- Several years of experience in project management in the plastics processing industry, preferably in plastic injection moulding
- Good knowledge of injection mould toolmaking, production as well as automation and packaging technology
- Expertise in plastic part development, tool design and feasibility assessment
- Experience in costing and tendering for injection moulding tools and other operating and auxiliary equipment
- Strong customer and solution orientation as well as an independent, structured and absolutely reliable working style with an above-average capacity for work
- Technical training or further education as a technician HF or a comparable qualification, commercial knowledge is an advantage
- Communication and organisational skills, very good German skills, good English skills desired
