Mandate Manager Fiduciary and Consulting (m/f/d) 80-100%

Your impact

• You are responsible for a diverse portfolio of demanding SME mandates and manage their professional and economic development.

• You are a trusted advisor and sparring partner for entrepreneurs on financial, tax and business management issues.

• You review annual financial statements, tax returns and VAT declarations and ensure a high level of consulting and execution quality.

• You identify consulting needs early, further develop existing customer relationships and acquire new mandates from your network.

• You coordinate complex issues with our specialists in tax, law, auditing and consulting.

• You take on professional leadership, coach junior team members and promote their development in daily work.

• You shape the further development of our fiduciary business and contribute ideas for modern, digital and efficient solutions.

Your profile

• You are a federally certified fiduciary expert or have a comparable higher professional qualification.

• You have several years of experience in independently managing complex fiduciary mandates.

• You have sound knowledge of accounting, taxes, VAT and business consulting.

• You understand the challenges of SMEs, think entrepreneurially and develop pragmatic solutions with sustainable added value.

• You present yourself confidently, communicate clearly and build sustainable relationships on an equal footing.

• You enjoy leading professionally, sharing knowledge and creating an environment where people take responsibility and can grow.

• You are enthusiastic about modern fiduciary technologies and want to actively shape the future of our services.
