Your main tasks
- Calculation of offers
- Management, planning, and organization of construction sites
- Work preparation (AVOR), measurement and billing including post-calculation
- Conducting negotiations and close cooperation with clients, site managers, and planners
- Leadership and motivation of the construction team
- Responsibility for compliance with occupational safety regulations, quality of work, and costs
Your qualifications
- Completed basic training in the main construction trade
- Further training as construction manager, civil engineer, master builder, or professional experience in comparable functions
- Solid expertise in building construction
- Interest in learning technical knowledge
- Customer- and company-oriented thinking and acting
- Enjoyment in jointly solving demanding technical tasks
- Proficient use of IT programs (MS Office, Baubit-Pro)
- Initiative, assertiveness, communication skills, and resilience
