Spitex rechtes Limmattal combines proximity to the city of Zurich with a diverse, regionally anchored care area. As a modern and future-oriented non-profit organisation, we ensure with over 80 employees that people are cared for and supported professionally and individually in their familiar home environment.
On behalf of the municipalities of Oberengstringen, Unterengstringen, Weiningen, Geroldswil, Oetwil an der Limmat, and Fahrweid, we serve over 22,500 residents.
For one of our nursing teams, we are looking for a committed and strong leadership personality as
Nursing Team Leader HF/FH 80–100 %
Do you enjoy leading people, providing guidance, and taking responsibility? At the same time, do you want not only to organise but also to further develop and shape outpatient nursing together with your team? Then a varied leadership role with scope for creativity and development opportunities awaits you with us.
Your main tasks include:
- Personnel and organisational leadership of a nursing team with around 15 employees
- Leadership of the coordination team with three employees
- Organisation and management of daily operations in collaboration with the daily supervisors
- Ensuring professional and high-quality nursing in compliance with legal and operational requirements
- Contact person for employees, clients, and their relatives
- Promotion and further development of employees as well as participation in optimising processes and interfaces
- Close cooperation with the nursing management, other team leaders, and internal and external partners
Depending on suitability and interest, there is the possibility to additionally take on the role of deputy nursing manager.
You bring with you:
- Completed training as a certified nurse HF/FH or an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland
- Leadership experience or pronounced leadership potential and the motivation to take on leadership responsibility and develop further in this area
- Further training in leadership/management or willingness to undertake such training
- Proven professional and social competence as well as enjoyment in leading and developing employees
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills, initiative, and enthusiasm for actively shaping change
