Your main tasks:
- Ensuring professional conference operations and service-oriented support for customers and guests
- Participating in projects to further develop and optimize the offered services in close coordination with the customer
- Coordinating events with the relevant departments (housekeeping, catering, AV technology, etc.)
- Professional and personnel management of three directly subordinate employees
- Overall responsibility for a team of a total of 11 people
- Quality controls and continuous improvement of processes
- Active participation in events to support the team
- Processing reservations in the corresponding system
- Administrative tasks
Your profile:
- Completed training in hospitality, event management, or a comparable industry
- Graduation from a hotel management school is an advantage but not mandatory
- Professional and leadership experience in a similar position
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus
- Very good IT skills (MS Office) and experience in using reservation systems
- High customer orientation and flexibility
