Your main tasks:

• Ensuring professional conference operations and service-oriented support for customers and guests 
• Participating in projects to further develop and optimize the offered services in close coordination with the customer
• Coordinating events with the relevant departments (housekeeping, catering, AV technology, etc.)
• Professional and personnel management of three directly subordinate employees
• Overall responsibility for a team of a total of 11 people
• Quality controls and continuous improvement of processes 
• Active participation in events to support the team
• Processing reservations in the corresponding system 
• Administrative tasks 

Your profile:

• Completed training in hospitality, event management, or a comparable industry 
• Graduation from a hotel management school is an advantage but not mandatory 
• Professional and leadership experience in a similar position 
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus
• Very good IT skills (MS Office) and experience in using reservation systems
• High customer orientation and flexibility
• Impeccable reputation
