CONCRETE DISPATCHER / CONCRETE MACHINE OPERATOR (m/f)

Your tasks

• Receiving orders
• Coordination and implementation of concrete scheduling in cooperation with the sales department and the concrete plants
• Scheduling of own vehicles and, if necessary, hiring of contract and external vehicles
• Timely, quality- and legally compliant order processing
• Collaboration with the concrete plants, concrete laboratory, sales and administration departments
• Concrete production according to production orders in coordination with sales and logistics as well as quality monitoring
• Ordering the necessary raw materials (aggregates, cement, admixtures, additives)
• Incoming goods inspection
• Maintenance and cleaning of the plants
• Management, checking and transmission of delivery notes
• Active support of scheduling in order processing

Your profile

• You have completed training (preferably in the transport or construction industry)
• Good material knowledge in the gravel, sand and concrete sectors and knowledge of processes on a construction site
• Short-term or special customer requests do not unsettle you but represent a challenge
• Local knowledge of the north-west Switzerland region
• Knowledge of regulations in road transport
• Good IT skills
• Customer- and team-oriented
• Responsible, resilient and communicative
• Experience as a concrete machine operator is an advantage
• Independent and reliable working style
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
