This is what you will do
As a membership recruiter in the field, you visit construction sites in the region and encourage employees to stand together for their concerns. You actively approach potential members and convince them in personal conversations of the benefits of Unia membership. You also inform employees about their rights, convey the meaning and importance of collective labor agreements, and highlight our attractive benefits for members.
This is what you bring
- Completed education
- Professional experience in sales or in construction/trade is an advantage
- (Swiss) German (at least level B2)
- Another migration language such as Polish or Romanian (native speaker level)
- Identification with trade union goals
- Independent work, reliability, flexibility, and assertiveness
- Category B driving license
