What awaits you

• You bear overall responsibility for the accounting of the mesoneer group: from ongoing bookkeeping through debtors, creditors and payment transactions to the completed monthly financial statements, thus ensuring reliable figures for managing the company
• You actively drive the automation of our financial processes with modern technologies and AI, implement them yourself and can always rely on the expertise of our internal specialists
• You lead and professionally develop a small team in accounting and back office and are the contact person for all accounting and finance questions
• You manage project administration in Vertec as well as invoicing and dunning, ensuring a smooth process from project to payment receipt
• You prepare management reporting, monitor the budget and analyse and explain variances

Your skills

• You have a solid education in finance and accounting, ideally complemented by further training as a finance and accounting specialist with a federal diploma or a comparable qualification
• You have extensive experience in financial accounting as well as in monthly and annual financial statements and are confident in accounting according to Swiss Code of Obligations (OR)
• You get things moving and drive them forward, are curious and enjoy learning new things. Your attitude and willingness to learn are at least as important to us as your CV
• You work proficiently with Abacus and have very good Excel skills. Experience with data models, Power Query and Power BI is a plus
• You like to take responsibility and work independently, in a structured and hands-on manner
• You enjoy supporting a small team, sharing knowledge and developing sustainable and good solutions together

• You are AI-savvy, have already created your own agents or skills and want to use these technologies specifically and successfully in the finance area
• You have German skills at least at C1 level as well as good English skills
