You are an upbeat host with charm and are happy to go the extra mile for our internal and external customers. Our lively reception is open around the clock daily (365 days/24 hours) and is responsible for the services central information desk, telephony, visitor management, alarm triggering, and mail distribution.
Your work focuses on customer satisfaction. You perceive their needs and like to surprise them with additional services on suitable occasions. In demanding situations, you react calmly, solve problems systematically, and act in a solution-oriented manner.
Here you engage
- Perform administrative tasks including the use of various computer programs (Kisim, Navision, Kaba, etc.)
- Operate the information counter (patients, visitors, staff)
- Operate and handle the telephone system
- Coordinate internal and external mail
- Responsible for alarm triggering (fire, disaster alarm, etc.)
- Process printing and copying orders
- Continuous improvement of processes
- Administrative admission of emergency patients during night shifts
You
- Have training as a receptionist, hotel specialist, or commercial clerk and ideally have initial experience in healthcare.
- Are a team-oriented, flexible, and resilient personality who enjoys working independently and responsibly.
- Have a quick grasp, a networked way of thinking, are solution-oriented and discreet.
- Appear confident, friendly, and courteous and possess a high service orientation
- Have very good MS Office user skills
- Have very good written and spoken German skills and ideally speak additional foreign languages.
- Are willing to work shifts, weekends, and night shifts
