• Maintenance of all technical, electrical, and sanitary systems

• Maintenance of machinery, vehicles, and cleaning equipment

• Management and maintenance of care aids

• Accompanying and monitoring company deployments

• Troubleshooting, especially heating, ventilation, and electrical installations. General maintenance and repair work on the system or IT system

• Material orders in consultation with the department head

• Receiving deliveries and incoming inspection of non-food materials including proper storage

• Coordination and execution of resident orders

• Driving for meal delivery service in the absence of the driver, including Sundays and public holidays

• Setting up rooms for events and ensuring the required technology

• Proper and environmentally friendly disposal of materials generated

• Monthly readings of technical data

• Processing/maintaining the TGM list

• Possible on-call duty

• Plant care in the house, terrace, and roof terrace

• Completed vocational training in a craft / specialist in operational maintenance
