Activation Specialist (m/f/d) 50-60%

Your Tasks

You shape everyday life, the activation offer as well as the socio-cultural events and carry out the activities
You support and accompany our residents
You work with external partners
You work interdisciplinarily with all areas in the house
You support the family-like team as a specialist and ensure the best possible care quality together
You are responsible for the monthly planning and can freely plan events and activations

What You Bring

Training as an activation specialist or current training
Professional experience in long-term care and enjoyment of working with elderly people
Very good oral and written German skills, MS Office knowledge is an advantage
Resilience, flexibility, independence, and creativity are natural for you
You are an organizational talent and strive to make everyday life efficient
