WHAT YOU DO
As a Store Manager Trainee, you will be gradually introduced to managing a store. You will learn how to lead a motivated team, create an inspiring customer experience, and effectively manage all operational processes. Together with experienced colleagues, you will develop your leadership skills and entrepreneurial thinking. Always with a focus on customer satisfaction, teamwork, and commercial success.
You:
- support the implementation of a strong customer experience in the store and learn to execute visual and commercial presentations according to our standards.
- assist in analysing sales figures and budget targets and work with the team on meaningful improvements.
- help plan operational processes and staff deployment.
- are introduced to topics such as recruiting, onboarding, team leadership, and motivation, developing your understanding of modern leadership structures.
- keep up with current fashion trends and learn how to apply this knowledge effectively in daily store operations.
- have the ability to express yourself clearly and service-oriented in German (at least B2 level).
- have experience in fashion retail and understand the demands of a dynamic retail environment.
