Your tasks
Specific tasks and responsibilities for the position are defined as follows:
- Installation of components and assemblies in aircraft according to specifications
- Conducting system and functional tests
- Documentation of completed work
- Responsible for the technical and personnel management of the Completion department as well as maintenance orders
- Planning, controlling and implementing completion and maintenance projects according to relevant legal and regulatory requirements
- Responsibility for deployment planning of Completion in close cooperation with project management and the end customer
- Provision of approved documents required for completion and maintenance work in collaboration with development and quality organisation
- Monitoring work execution, deadlines and quality
- Responsible for timely training, further education and qualification of employees
- Regular recording of key figures and active implementation of solutions in case of deviations
Your profile
- Technical basic training with further education
- Several years of experience in the development or maintenance of aviation products, structural or equipment parts
- Good knowledge of EASA Part 145
- Organisational personality with leadership experience
- Good understanding of work processes and systemic thinking
- Resilient, highly organised and stress-resistant personality
- Very good MS Office skills
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
- High willingness to travel for short-term and longer assignments at home and abroad (mostly on-site)
- Team player (partly several weeks of worldwide on-site assignments in small teams)
- Driving licence category B
