- You handle first level support requests (D/ITA/FR/EN) and complaints and process errors and technical problems
- Email and administrative inquiries will also be part of your responsibilities after the training phase
- Complete and error-free recording of the customer concern in the system
- Working hours: Monday to Sunday between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. and night shift from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
- Home office is possible after the onboarding phase
- You are fluent in German and Italian, both spoken and written
- French and English skills are always welcome
- Service orientation, good PC skills, and customer service experience facilitate the entry
- Flexibility and reliability are additional advantages
- You are looking for a hybrid work model where you can also work a few days from home
- A clean criminal record and debt collection register extract are required for employment
- Start in October 2025 or by arrangement
- After the starting salary of CHF 4,314 (100%), your salary will increase by 4% per year in the first two years
- For each additional national language, you will receive a bonus of CHF 100.- (100%)
- One additional vacation day each year until the 5th year of service
- You will receive bonuses of up to 50% for night, Sunday, and public holiday shifts
