You handle first level support requests (D/ITA/FR/EN) and complaints and process errors and technical problems

Email and administrative inquiries will also be part of your responsibilities after the training phase

Complete and error-free recording of the customer concern in the system

Working hours: Monday to Sunday between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. and night shift from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

Home office is possible after the onboarding phase

You are fluent in German and Italian, both spoken and written

French and English skills are always welcome

Service orientation, good PC skills, and customer service experience facilitate the entry

Flexibility and reliability are additional advantages

You are looking for a hybrid work model where you can also work a few days from home

A clean criminal record and debt collection register extract are required for employment

Start in October 2025 or by arrangement

After the starting salary of CHF 4,314 (100%), your salary will increase by 4% per year in the first two years

For each additional national language, you will receive a bonus of CHF 100.- (100%)

One additional vacation day each year until the 5th year of service

You will receive bonuses of up to 50% for night, Sunday, and public holiday shifts
