Would you like to take on responsibility in a varied and meaningful environment? We are looking for a committed individual who will competently support and help shape both our corporate communications and various HR processes at our Winterthur location:

Winterthur, 80% / 90% / 100%

Your tasks

Human Resources

• Conducting applicant management
• Planning and supporting the recruitment of new employees
• Co-developing measures for personnel development
• Co-developing new tools for the employee lifecycle

Communications

• "Hub" for communication concerns for various target groups and channels (internal and external), co-coordination
• Maintaining and expanding tools/platforms for internal communication
• Writing, editing and publishing contributions for all communication channels (website, social media and internal), accompanied by our communications expert
• Assisting with the planning and execution of events

Your profile

• You are a proactive individual and convince through creativity, commitment, team spirit and initiative.
• Training/continuing education in HR (e.g. HR specialist certificate) and/or training/continuing education in communications or related disciplines
• Experience in all areas of modern, integrated and cross-media communication
• User knowledge in the application of common CMS systems
• A flair for communicative appearances and quality-conscious design
