Performance Manager (m/f/d) 80–100%
Your Tasks
- Introduction, support and further development of the CPM tool Acterys as well as integration into the system landscape and ensuring data quality and consistency
- Development, modeling and documentation of value drivers, KPIs and financial and operational causal relationships
- Sparring partner for business units in the development, validation and interpretation of value driver models as well as deriving recommendations for action
- Building management dashboards as well as designing simulations, scenario and sensitivity analyses to support decision-making
- Design, standardization and further development of planning, forecasting and reporting processes including responsibility for the annual planning process
- Moderation and conducting workshops and training sessions as well as supporting CPM users
Your Qualities
- Bachelor's degree in business informatics or comparable education
- Several years of experience in corporate performance management as well as in defining value drivers, KPIs and financial planning and reporting processes
- Very good modeling skills as well as solid experience with BI solutions and CPM tools, knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
- Experience in project management as well as in moderating workshops
- Confident German skills and good English skills
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with high communication strength and assertiveness
