(Junior) Asset Manager Infrastructure (m/f)

About the job

We are a dynamic investment management company based in Lucerne and belong to the Reichmuth & Co private bank group. We manage various investment funds as well as innovative niche products in the field of direct infrastructure investments. For our infrastructure team, we are looking for a committed and performance-oriented team player as Asset Manager Infrastructure, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

In this versatile position, you will manage the administrative and operational day-to-day business of our investment companies in close coordination with the Head of Asset Management Infrastructure.
In addition to the administrative day-to-day business in the operational support of our investment companies, you will also ensure the interface with external service providers, auditors and consultants (accounting, tax, cash operations, etc.).
In this role, you will provide valuable monitoring and control activities in the financial management of our investment companies, namely
- Support in the periodic valuation of the investment companies.- Monitoring / controlling the ongoing performance / target achievement of the investment companies.- Support in the periodic preparation of investor reports (e.g. quarterly and annual reports).- Independent support and coordination of periodic financial audits.- Independent preparation of reports to external lenders.
For management and other internal stakeholders, you will prepare financial and operational information as well as decision-making bases in an appropriate manner.
You will also ensure a smooth flow of information between the investment company and investment vehicles in Switzerland and Luxembourg.
Furthermore, you will also be involved in the "corporate housekeeping" of our investment companies and independently and continuously optimise processes. This also includes assisting with the organisation of general meetings.

Your profile

To pique our interest, you bring the following qualities:

Strong accounting / controlling skills or experience as an asset manager

Work experience as an accountant / controller

Precise, consistent and disciplined working style

Ideally professional experience in infrastructure / private equity as well as accounting and controlling

Reliable, loyal, resilient with strong initiative and all-round skills with an eye for the big picture.

German and English spoken and written
