We offer you a position from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement as
Technical Service Employee 80 - 100%
Your tasks:
* You plan, coordinate and carry out maintenance work in the HVACSE areas heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary and electrical - including special systems such as water treatment
* You independently process and resolve fault reports and are jointly responsible for the smooth operation of all technical systems
* You operate safety-relevant systems and actively participate in day-to-day business
* You reliably document all activities in the maintenance tool (COR)
* You accompany and coordinate external companies and support technical projects - depending on need, also in a leading role
* You provide on-call service in rotation
Our requirements:
* Basic craft training with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)
* PC affinity, MS Office as well as maintenance programmes and digitalisation
* Strong service orientation, independence and high commitment
