WHAT YOU CAN ACHIEVE

For our Agentic Automation Platform team, we are looking for experienced Mendix Developers / Solution Architects (all genders) who not only develop technically strong solutions but also take responsibility in customer projects.

The position is aimed at experienced Mendix professionals who want to take the next step – towards solution architecture, technical project responsibility, and direct collaboration with our customers.

• Development: You design, develop, and take responsibility for Mendix applications throughout the entire software development lifecycle.
• Technical implementation: You take responsibility for the technical implementation of projects – from requirements analysis through architecture and domain modelling to implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Solution finding: You develop suitable solutions together with our customers and translate business requirements into sustainable technical concepts.
• Consulting: You advise customers on architecture, technology use, and best practices in the Mendix environment.
• Architecture: You increasingly take on architectural tasks and develop towards becoming a solution architect or technical lead.
• Responsibility: Depending on the project, you can act as the central technical contact on the customer side and take responsibility for individual projects or project streams.
• Knowledge exchange: You support other developers through technical guidance, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
• Collaboration: You work closely with business analysts, project managers, solution architects, and other stakeholders.
• Further development: You actively contribute to the further development of our Mendix expertise and best practices.

HOW TO SUCCEED

• Education: You have completed training or studies in computer science, software engineering, or a comparable field.
• Professional experience: You have several years of professional experience in Mendix development and have independently implemented demanding projects.
• Certification: You have at least a Mendix Intermediate Certification, ideally Advanced or a comparable qualification.
• Architecture: You have a solid understanding of software architecture, domain modelling, integrations, and modern software development processes.
• Communication: You can not only make technical decisions but also explain them understandably to customers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Responsibility: You enjoy taking responsibility and independently driving projects or technical topics forward.
• Customer orientation: You bring strong communication and coordination skills and feel confident working with customers.
• Process understanding: You have a good understanding of business processes and requirements and can mediate between business and technology.
• Working style: You work in a structured, solution-oriented, and independent manner and can quickly find your way in new customer environments.
• AI competence: You confidently use AI tools in your field, critically evaluate the results, and support customers and adessi in utilising AI potentials.
• Language skills: You communicate very well in German and English; additional language skills are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel: You are willing to travel for projects within Switzerland.

Ideally, you also bring the following

• Leadership: Experience as a technical lead, solution architect, or in comparable responsibility
• Customer consulting: Experience in direct customer consulting
• Integration: Experience with integrations and APIs
• Agility: Experience in agile project environments
• Certification: Mendix Advanced Certification
• Development: Interest in taking on more architecture and customer responsibility in the future
