- Proactive, critical, and risk-oriented supervision of a portfolio of banks based on available information (audit reports, FINMA ratings, specific investigations)
- Main internal and external contact for supervised institutions
- Evaluation of risk analyses and approval of prudential audit strategies
- Analysis of risk situations, identification of causes, and implementation of corrective measures
- Management of relationships with boards of directors, management, and foreign supervisory authorities
- Close collaboration with FINMA internal units and participation in on-site inspections
- Degree from a university of applied sciences in economics or equivalent training in the banking sector (certified accountant, CPA, ACCA)
- At least five years of professional experience in the banking sector or auditing
- Strong knowledge of banking law, financial markets, and products
- Excellent analytical skills and methodical approach
- Very good communication skills and collaborative spirit
- Fluency in French C2 and German B2
