From development through construction and letting to renewal. To support our projects, it is looking immediately or by arrangement for a competent, motivated, communicative and flexible personality as Project Manager: Client / Client Representative, 80 – 100% (m/f/d)

Your main task – residential construction in Zurich

• Client-side project management of an innovative residential construction project in Zurich with around 55 units, from preliminary project after successful study contract
• Support of tenders and awards for planning and construction services
• Leadership of the project team and contractors through all phases
• Representation of the client towards authorities, neighbours and other stakeholders
• Ensuring costs, deadlines and quality
• Ongoing reconciliation between order and management
• Preparation of decision-making bases and reporting to management
• Ensuring proper acceptance, commissioning and handover to management

Further tasks – preservation of value and further development

• Client-side control of further demanding projects, mainly in the existing portfolio
• Ongoing assessment of condition and need for action in the existing portfolio
• Derivation of investments and measures over the entire lifecycle
• Establishment and ongoing maintenance of cost and condition key figures including reporting
• Support of due diligence audits in the context of acquisitions
• Participation in digitisation projects as well as further development of internal standardsYour profile
• Degree in architecture; further education in real estate management is desirable but not a prerequisite
• Client-side experience across all planning and implementation phases, preferably in residential construction
• Enjoyment of building in existing stock as well as demanding and innovative projects
• Confident appearance and negotiation skills with planners, contractors and authorities
• Entrepreneurial thinking and understanding of real estate economics
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• High digital affinity and hands-on mentality
• Fluent German in spoken and written form as well as good English skills
