At the heart of this process, the management of financial performance monitoring tools holds a strategic place within the group. To support its development, we are looking for a:
Management Controller
Partner in the digitalisation of the Finance function, you build KPI dashboards and scorecards with the business to enable the management of the company’s profitability. You support the Finance & Controlling Business Partners in the preparation and entry of financial data as well as in the development of reporting. You are responsible for the quality of the data you use and the robustness of your processes. In close contact with the field, you regularly engage with business stakeholders and work towards process improvement. You position yourself as a solution provider in a win/win logic. To this end, you carry out the following tasks:
Controlling:
- Support for the monthly closing process
- Calculation of CCR and margin monitoring
- Calculation of transfer prices between different entities
- Budget monitoring of our Functional Units
KPI:
- Analysis of commercial performance against budgets and forecasts (commercial plans)
- Preparation of the monthly Sales KPI report and point of contact for entities for communication and explanation of results
- Development and improvement of reporting via PowerBI
Finance:
- Monitoring of investments
- Analysis and presentation of transport costs in close collaboration with the shipping department
- Various analyses on overhead costs
Budget:
- Budget responsibility for sales, investments and Functional Units areas
You have good knowledge of general accounting. Comfortable with IT tools (Office Suite, Excel essential, BI tools), you master the operation of an ERP (ideally SAP). Data processing and handling are central to this position. Analytical and rigorous, attention to detail is a strong point and you know how to manage priorities. A good communicator, you interact with stakeholders in an international context. English is important for this role.
Graduated with a higher education degree in finance/accounting/management control, you have 2 years’ experience in management control acquired in an industrial environment.
