About the job

Our client is a modern, innovative trading company based near Zurich Airport.

To complement the existing team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a linguistically talented clerk, ideally with experience in the pharmacy/drugstore retail sector. If you are additionally linguistically gifted and speak French as well as German and ideally Italian or English, you are our dream candidate.

What you bring with you

• Commercial basic training with experience in pharmacy/drugstore/beauty retail
• Confident German skills, French (at least B2), ideally Italian, Spanish or English
• Good IT user skills
• Experience in internal sales
• High commitment, customer orientation and teamwork skills
• Independent working style and sense of responsibility

Your tasks

• Contact person for customers from all over Switzerland
• Consultation and support of customers by telephone and in writing
• Order entry and processing
• Handling of orders
• Incoming goods inspection
• Assistance with projects and selection of new products
