Your Tasks

• Independent tax advice for legal entities and individuals
• Tax planning, comparisons and optimisations
• Preparation of tax rulings, opinions and expert reports
• Tax advice on restructurings, company sales and mergers
• Preparation of tax returns and declarations of all kinds
• Handling tax appeals and correspondence with tax authorities
• Advice on social security and withholding taxes
• Review of tax bills and assessments
• Collaboration with other internal specialists

Your Profile

• Basic business or legal education Completed further training in the tax field (Certified Tax Expert or LL.M. in Taxation)
• Several years of practical experience in the tax field
• Confident communication in German (native language), both spoken and written. Good English skills, spoken and written, are an advantage
• Commitment and enthusiasm for comprehensive advice and support of SME clients (companies and private individuals)
