About the job

To complete our team, we are looking for a:

Real Estate Broker (100%)

Your mission:

• Active prospecting and acquisition of new mandates
• Estimation and valuation of real estate properties
• Development and retention of a client portfolio
• Support and advice for sellers and buyers
• Organisation and conduct of viewings
• Negotiation and conclusion of real estate transactions
• Participation in the commercial development and visibility of the agency

Your profile:

• Training in real estate or proven experience in sales and negotiation
• Native French speaker with excellent knowledge of a second language
• Good knowledge of the Valais real estate market and an established personal/professional network
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
• Dynamic, conscientious, autonomous and with an excellent commercial sense
• Entrepreneurial spirit, strong taste for prospecting and negotiation
• Mastery of modern real estate brokerage tools
• Driving licence and vehicle essential
• Clean criminal record
• Resident in Central Valais
