For our bridge construction in the Special Competence Team, we are looking for a committed Project Manager Falsework and Bridge Construction (m/f/d). Your place of employment is our headquarters in Opfikon.

What you will do

• Independent processing of falsework offers and acquisition of falsework contracts
• Project management in the preparation and execution of falsework or temporary bridges
• Interface planning and coordination of various trades, subcontractors, and project participants
• Enforcement of occupational safety and quality management
• Responsibility for profit and loss of your own projects
• Resource and deployment planning ensuring deadlines
• Personnel management (site managers, foremen & GWP) on projects
• Collaboration with local partners, subcontractors, suppliers, planners, and authorities
• Competent contact person for clients, business partners, and employees
• Change order management, independent preparation and enforcement of change order offers
• Monitoring of contract management
• Financial and technical project controlling

Why you will succeed

• Completed technical construction education (civil engineer, master builder, site manager)
• Experience in planning and execution in falsework construction
• Basic understanding of statics and steel construction
• Comprehensive knowledge in main construction trades as project manager / site manager
• Experience with large projects and references in infrastructure construction
• Leadership experience and pronounced social competence
• Negotiation skills with commercial focus
• Team spirit
• Customer proximity and customer-oriented thinking with strong practical relevance
• Analytical and communicative skills, flair for numbers, and networked thinking and acting
• High sense of responsibility, independent working style, and resilience
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, Thilos is an advantage, industry software such as Ababau / Baubit / SORBA / SAP
