Class and annual salary (including 13th month):

Tasks:
- manage the cleaning of the dining hall, kitchen, dishes, cookware, and/or distribution areas
- assist in the preparation and distribution of meals to users in restaurants and school canteens and administrative canteens according to the instructions of the site manager
- perform service for users and carry out special tasks according to the needs specified by the site manager
- apply hygiene and functionality measures in accordance with the directives of the site manager
- in some cases, the preparation of individual dishes may be required
Requirements:
- federal certificate of practical training (CFP) as a kitchen assistant is a preferred qualification
- proven experience in similar functions of at least 2 years
- availability to work outside normal working hours
- willingness to attend further professional training and specialization courses
- good command of the Italian language
- good conduct considering constant contact with minors
- category B driving license for the transport of foodstuffs depending on needs
Special conditions:
- depending on the needs of the Office of School Catering and Transport, candidates:
- may be contacted for possible part-time/full-time and fixed-term (substitute) or permanent employment
- the work percentage varies according to service needs (usually less than 100%)
- the activity will usually be performed during the school calendar; in some service locations, the activity may cover the calendar year
- the service location will vary depending on available positions (preferences can be expressed in the application form)
- start of service: to be defined according to the needs of the Office of School Catering and Transport

- as this is an annual competition, with the possibility of being hired during 2026, depending on
the needs of the Office of School Catering and Transport, candidates will not receive a positive or

- candidates who participated in the 2025 General Competition, if still interested, must submit their application again with all the required documentation

Employment conditions:
- appointment or assignment: as provided by the Law on the Organization of State Employees and Teachers of March 15, 1995 (LORD) and the related Regulation. Any changes in law concerning salary and organization are explicitly reserved
- working hours: 42 hours per week (for a 100% employment relationship), flexible or according to service needs
