We are looking for a responsible individual for the role of
Head of Nursing 60 - 80% / Member of the Executive Board
Your Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the provision of our core services
- Implementation of the operational nursing mission statement
- Further development and implementation of operational nursing and specialist concepts
- Responsibility for ensuring nursing processes and nursing quality
- Co-responsibility for an internal control and quality management system (ICS / QMS)
What Distinguishes You
- HF/FH qualification in the nursing field
- Further training in leadership / management
- Several years of experience in a leadership position in nursing, Spitex experience is an advantage
- High professional and social competence
- Strong organisational skills as well as high independence
- Holistic, conceptual and analytical way of thinking
