Our goal is to offer people with psychological and/or cognitive impairments an individual living and working opportunity, supporting affected persons on their way to as self-determined a life as possible.
At the locations Münsterlingen, Kreuzlingen, Bürglen and Güttingen, we have 180 residential places available in various settings. Furthermore, we offer sheltered workplaces in the areas of gardening, production, carpentry, logistics and in various studios. Here, orders from external companies are processed and various own products are manufactured.
As an experienced professional in job coaching, you will take on a key role together with an existing specialist in building up our new area of Vocational Counselling. You actively shape structures, develop sustainable networks with employers and authorities, and accompany people with difficult access to the labour market sustainably into the primary labour market.
Throughout the canton of Thurgau and neighbouring cantons, you will contribute with entrepreneurial thinking, professional depth and a high degree of personal responsibility.

- Confidence in writing reports, assessments and documentation
- Driving licence category B
