Independent setup, configuration, and operation of modern 5-axis machining centres
Manufacture of demanding workpieces in compliance with defined quality and production specifications
Conducting precise measurements and quality controls on coordinate measuring machines
Monitoring ongoing production processes and early detection of deviations
Active support in various production activities
Participation in optimising workflows and continuous improvement of production processes
Qualifications:
Completed vocational training as a polymechanic or production mechanic with experience in CNC
Practical experience in setting up and operating 5-axis CNC machining centres
Experience with coordinate measuring technology is an advantage
Knowledge of Heidenhain controls is a plus
High quality awareness and pronounced accuracy
Very good German language skills, spoken and written
