Your mission: organise, unite and guarantee performance •

Plan and coordinate: liquid painting, powder coating, sandblasting and logistics activities by optimising resources, capacities and deadlines.

• Lead and develop: a team of around 20 employees, distribute responsibilities and develop skills.

• Guarantee quality: ensure compliance with customer requirements and standards, organise inspections, handle non-conformities and implement corrective actions.

• Ensure workplace safety: enforce regulations, identify and prevent risks, raise team awareness and strengthen the culture of prevention.

• Improve productivity: analyse processes, identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.

• Anticipate needs: in personnel, raw materials, equipment and maintenance.

• Coordinate: activities with management, sales teams and other group sites.

• Stay close to the field: support and supervise teams; intervene in production only exceptionally.

Your profile: an organiser, a leader, a driving force

• Experience: proven in management, planning and running an industrial production.

• Skills: strong in organisation, priority management and team leadership.

• Technical background: training or equivalent experience, ideally in metal construction or a comparable industrial sector.

• Practical mindset: autonomy, clear decisions, anticipation and solution seeking.

• Tools: good command of IT applications and production management systems.

• Requirement: keen sense of quality and safety, with the ability to enforce standards.

• Advantage: knowledge in surface treatment, industrial painting or anti-corrosion protection.
