Job Description
- Supervision and ensuring the operation
- Writing operating instructions
- Training of RSMVA employees (foremen / shifts)
- Economic and ecological optimization of the plant
- Troubleshooting
- Conducting and evaluating test incinerations and experiments
- Ensuring the proper disposal of special waste
- Responsible for compliance with emission limits in water, soil, air
- Chemical support for logistics
- Chemical and process engineering support for technical management
- Creation and implementation of safety regulations with SIBE, especially revision
Qualifications
- Completed chemistry degree; minimum level chemical engineer HTL / FH
- Further training in operations organization and business administration is an advantage
- 2 - 3 years of experience in chemical operations (development or production); ideally with leadership experience
- Ideally knowledge in process engineering as well as chemical process safety and risk analysis
- Knowledge in hazardous materials, steam and heating boilers, and occupational safety is an advantage
- Organizational skills and confident handling of MS Office
- Flexible, resilient, and sociable personality
- Business fluent German (written and spoken) and good English skills
