These are your tasks
- As a vocational trainer, supervise the training of 8-10 apprentice network electricians
- Support the department and sector management professionally and administratively as a staff unit
- Organise and conduct internal training and further education
- Provide professional support for projects and assignments in cable network construction
- Participate in resource planning and quality assurance
- Provide professional support for business projects
This is what sets you apart
- Federal specialist certificate in the field of network construction electricity as well as several years of experience in network construction
- Open and sociable personality
- Enthusiasm for training and promoting apprentices
- Enjoyment in organising training and further education
- Independent, efficient and confident way of working
- Good application knowledge of SAP, Office365 and Teams is an advantage
