Head of Supply Chain & Operations 100% - The engine is already running. Now we are looking for the right pace-setter.
Your tasks- Overall responsibility for supply chain management, from purchasing through internal sales to warehouse logistics
- Leadership and further development of a committed team as well as optimisation of operational processes
- Responsibility for budgeting, reporting, key figures and business evaluations
- Active shaping and digitalisation of processes as well as further development of the ERP, CRM and master data landscape
- Close cooperation with management as well as support in strategic projects and company decisions
- Coordination of collaboration with external partners, auditors and international suppliers
- Ensuring regulatory and quality-relevant requirements
- Business education (HF, FH or university) or a comparable qualification
- Several years of leadership and professional experience in operations, administration or business support
- Strong process understanding as well as experience with ERP and CRM systems
- Analytical, structured and entrepreneurial personality with high implementation competence
- Communicative leadership personality with a pragmatic hands-on mentality
- Very good German and English skills; French skills are an advantage
- A responsible key position with great scope for design
