Your tasks
- Support and advise the Front Office in complying with due diligence obligations in all customer interactions
- Review of new business relationship openings (especially account openings for FIs and VASPs / CASPs)
- Review of business profiles as well as verification and plausibility checks of SoF and SoW according to SPG
- Transaction monitoring as well as review of deliveries and shipments of securities and virtual assets including chain analysis
- Plausibility check of self-classification (AIA and FATCA)
- Support in identifying and implementing change processes to
- optimize customer onboarding and customer review processes
Your profile
- Completed banking training and/or higher education with a focus on finance/legal/compliance or comparable qualification
- Experience in compliance at a bank or authority
- Quick comprehension as well as pronounced systematic and analytical skills
- Team player with good communication skills
- Good knowledge of current regulations SPG, AML, FATCA and AIA
- Very good German and good English skills (level B1/B2)

As a Business Compliance Officer, you act at the interface between client advisors and compliance. In addition to an introduction to our systems and processes, you will also get to know the relevant departments such as client teams, 2nd line compliance, and tax.
