Your tasks
- Work preparation as well as timely coordination of orders
- Inspection of incoming goods and allocation of suitable box solutions
- Order processing and scheduling
- Handling customer enquiries and calculating customer orders
- Reading, understanding and calculating technical drawings
- Inventory management for consumables
Your profile
- Completed training in logistics, packaging technology or a craft with technical understanding and experience in handling wood
- You have an eye for detail and coordinate processes in a structured and efficient manner
- Professional experience in work preparation, scheduling or order coordination is an advantage
- Spatial imagination as well as good understanding of sizes, weights and dimensions
- Proficient use of ERP systems and MS Office
- Strong organisational skills and a quick grasp
- Knowledge in the field of wood, packaging or production is an advantage
