Responsibilities
- You lead and develop, as a member of the extended management team, our 9 field sales teams as well as the 21 Würth shops in Central Switzerland with 11 direct reports and a total of around 106 employees
- You lead with enthusiasm, not just as a manager but as a leader, inspiring your team, promoting open communication, and creating an environment where your employees can reach their full potential
- You ensure the implementation of strategic and operational goals in a dynamic environment, taking local market conditions into account
- You manage your region based on sales, results, and productivity indicators with a high degree of personal responsibility and decision-making authority, derive the necessary development steps from this, and continuously drive growth forward
- You build and actively maintain long-term relationships with key customers, keep an eye on market trends, and strengthen our network through your presence at customer events
- You are responsible for analyzing and further developing the Würth shops in your region and ensure a consistent brand appearance as well as high service quality
- You share responsibility for the further development of the sales organization and the sustainable positioning of Würth in the Swiss market
Requirements
- Technical/commercial basic training and business management further education with a focus on marketing/sales or university degree (Uni/FH) or similar qualification
- Several years of experience in a comparable leadership position in sales, ideally in the B2B environment
- Passion for craftsmanship, entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, and strong implementation skills
- Communicative, customer- and solution-oriented personality, persuasiveness, and enthusiasm
- Analytical, structured way of thinking, strong affinity for numbers and analyses (especially sales figures)
- Digital understanding and openness to new things
- Very good oral and written German skills; French and English skills are an advantage
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland, category B driving license
