An exciting and varied field of work awaits you:

• Coaching and counseling of people in integration measures as well as basic and work training;
• Support of professional integration through temporary employment;
• Assessment of resources and support needs with those involved;
• Collaboration with IV offices, municipalities, employers, and other specialist agencies;
• Independent planning, coordination, and documentation of integration processes;
• Maintenance and expansion of a network of employers;
• Participation in professional development and internal projects.
