The over 8500 employees are dedicated with warmth, competence and commitment around the clock for the well-being of patients. The clinics and institutes of the LUKS Group offer medical services of the highest quality. We are looking for reinforcement for our team immediately or by arrangement.
Your area of responsibility
- You are the central contact point for strategic partnerships and manage the cooperation portfolio of the LUKS Group. In doing so, you create transparency about priorities, responsibilities and risks and ensure consistent monitoring of ongoing cooperations
- Together with internal specialist departments and external partner organisations, you identify new cooperation potentials, develop viable collaboration models and prepare business cases, potential analyses as well as well-founded decision-making bases for the management
- You independently develop and accompany cooperation projects in close coordination with the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) until they are ready for decision and ensure binding implementation and follow-up of the agreed measures after decisions have been made
- You support applications of the LUKS Group within the framework of out-of-canton hospital planning and ensure structured coordination with the involved internal specialist departments
Your experience
- You have a university degree, ideally with a business administration focus or equivalent further training, and bring several years of professional experience in healthcare as well as a good understanding of medical, business and regulatory contexts
- You think and act entrepreneurially, have practical experience in project management as well as in designing collaboration models and business plans, and drive complex projects forward in a structured and goal-oriented manner
- High resilience and flexibility, networked thinking, pronounced personal responsibility, teamwork and implementation strength characterise you
- With your communication, moderation and negotiation skills, you convince at different hierarchical levels, build trusting relationships and develop viable solutions even with differing interests
Your prospects
- You help shape the strategic further development of the cooperation network of the LUKS Group and make a concrete contribution to healthcare in Central Switzerland and beyond
- In this responsible role, you can expect a large professional scope for design, in which you can contribute your own ideas, further develop partnerships and help shape the future direction of partner management
- You will become part of a committed team in corporate development, where lively professional exchange, mutual support and positive collaboration characterise everyday work
- Through close cooperation with medical and business leaders as well as management, you will expand your network within and outside the LUKS Group and gain diverse insights into strategic issues
