Your mission
- You are responsible for informing customers to ensure quality service.
- You handle the payment for products.
- You promote Fnac services and the Fnac card to retain customers.
- You work in the technical product areas: computers, office equipment, imaging, sound, telephony.
- You ensure the compliance of merchandising and maintain the quality of your department.
