FOR OUR CMS DES SPÉCIALISTES, WE ARE RECRUITING A: DIETITIAN AT 60-70% ON A 9-MONTH FIXED-TERM CONTRACT

YOUR TASKS

• Planning and coordination of services: Design and implement tailored nutritional counselling services, in collaboration with the case manager, to meet the specific needs of clients.
• Communication and information sharing: Ensure a multidisciplinary approach by recording relevant information in client files and facilitating collaboration among the various involved parties.

YOUR PROFILE

• Holder of a HES diploma from a Swiss dietetics school or equivalent.
• Besides a clear interest in the elderly and home care, you have the initiative while working in a multidisciplinary team. Flexibility and rigour are some of your strengths.
• You enjoy change and hold a driving licence.
