Team Leader for Finance and Accounting (m/f/d)

In this role, you will lead the finance team and drive the further development of controlling. You actively shape the introduction of an ERP solution and bring your experience to optimise processes. Your actions are consistently aligned with the needs of customers. Additionally, you contribute to promoting a modern corporate and leadership culture and advancing digitalisation. With your commitment, you significantly shape the ongoing change.
Responsibilities:
- You lead the finance and procurement team and promote the professional and personal development of your employees
- In this role, you further develop our financial controlling and establish a modern management system with relevant key figures and meaningful reporting
- As team leader for finance and procurement, you ensure smooth finance, budget, and procurement processes and drive their continuous optimisation and digitalisation
- You prepare decision-making bases and recommendations for action for the management and advise them from a business perspective
- In this role, you help shape the future of our ERP landscape, from the further development of existing systems to the introduction of new solutions
- As team leader for finance and procurement, you jointly deputise for the head of procurement and infrastructure with the team leader of the technical service and contribute to the further development of the area
Qualifications:
- You have a completed degree in business administration (university, university of applied sciences) or a comparable qualification
- You have a specialisation as well as several years of professional and leadership experience in finance and accounting and controlling, ideally in an administrative environment, and bring knowledge in procurement and contract management
- You are characterised by pronounced strategic-conceptual thinking and strong analytical skills with which you successfully structure and implement complex topics
- You communicate convincingly and appropriately for the audience and work service- and solution-oriented in an interdisciplinary environment
- You have very good knowledge of IT applications (ERP, MS Office suite, etc.) and have a strong understanding of digital processes and structures
- You have good command of German and French and can communicate confidently in the other language
