We are looking for a

Consultant and Teacher in the Field of Farmhouse and Nutrition (m/f/d)

from 1 December 2026 or by arrangement

• Advising farmers on issues of rural housekeeping and nutrition
• Organising and conducting courses and conferences in product processing and self-sufficiency
• Teaching in agricultural basic education and in the higher vocational education of the bzbs at the Salez and Flawil locations (5-10%), especially in the course Farmhouse with a specialist certificate (Product Processing Module)
• Working as an examination expert

• Completed studies as a household teacher and further training in the field of nutrition or gastronomy
• In-depth knowledge of food processing with a focus on nutrition, health, and farmhouse cuisine
• Professional experience in consulting and teaching is an advantage
• Understanding of the versatile role of the farmhouse woman, enjoyment in dealing with farming families, course participants, and young people in training
