In the HR department of Confiserie Sprüngli, we are passionately and expertly committed to supporting, advising, and empowering our employees and managers on their journey. Our HR team is split across two locations - at the HR office at Paradeplatz, we are dedicated to employees from the areas of branches, gastronomy, customer service, marketing, technical service, and reception.

What you will achieve with us
In this exciting position, you are the central contact person for your area of responsibility and actively shape the entire employee journey. Your focus is on recruiting qualified employees for the sales sector branches, gastronomy, and office functions.
Your tasks include:
- You manage the entire recruitment process in close collaboration with the line - from job posting to selecting the right team
- You professionally support and advise our managers in personnel selection and moderate interviews with a trained eye for the essentials
- You prepare employment contracts and independently handle personnel administration from entry to exit
- You support employees with personnel administrative and labor law concerns and exchange ideas with managers on operational HR topics
- You ensure compliance with existing HR processes and support the continuous development of our HR processes with your professional know-how
- You actively contribute to diverse HR projects around the entire HR life cycle - your ideas are welcome with us
- You engage in employer branding initiatives to continuously strengthen employer attractiveness
What we wish for
- You have solid in-house experience in HR and competently apply your expertise
- You are an open, warm, and communicative personality who enjoys working with people
- You work in a structured, independent, and quality-conscious manner - even when things get hectic, you keep an overview
- You communicate confidently in German and French - additional languages are an advantage
- You are proficient in MS Office; knowledge of SuccessFactors is a plus
