What you will achieve

• Leading your team of 15 employees (mechanics, electricians/automation technicians and administration)
• Further development of the maintenance operating equipment area
• Responsibility for the maintenance of the automated logistics and production systems at the Herdern fresh produce platform
• Project management of technical projects
• Ensuring availability and further development of modern technical systems

What you bring

• Education: Advanced technical college
• Field: technical area; basic electrical engineering training
• Professional experience: At least three years of leadership experience
• Experience in the area of automated logistics and production systems
• Leadership and project management experience in a complex technical environment
• Experience in life cycle management of technical systems, inventory management as well as strategic maintenance
• Service-oriented, entrepreneurial and independent personality
• Independent working, high degree of personal responsibility and commitment
• Willingness to perform on-call duty (approx. 7-8 weeks per year)
• German (B1)
